很多人現在都會想要去做減肥，我就在想，要是我自己去做減肥的話，我肯定會合理去控制我自己的飲食，因為我覺得我現在吃的還是太多了，所以說我就在想，我是不是要在合理控制飲食的同時，是要運動才可以呢，因為我覺得你自己什麼都不做努力的話，那麼肯定是不會瘦下來的，我覺得這樣想其實也不是不可以的，我覺得自己有的時候是那種想要讓自己瘦的話，那麼我肯定是會做出很大努力的類型，雖然說我會覺得好像是很痛苦的事情一樣。
