現在很多人都在用綠建材裝修房子，因為綠建材是一種新型的環保建材，是用純天然的材料製成的，不含有任何的有害物質，是非常健康的。我們家之前也是剛裝修完房子，用的就是綠建材，現在新家里一點味道都沒有，真的是沒有任何污染的。雖然價格相比其他的建材稍微有點貴，但是我覺得還是健康最重要。綠建材的質量也很好，用起來很放心，不會很容易出問題，基本上都是很耐水耐熱的，選擇好一點的裝修材料也是為日後省去了很多麻煩。

哥哥馬上就要去cambridge大學讀書了，真是太為他開心了。去cambridge是哥哥一直以來的夢想，現在終於實現了，不過靠的都是他自己的努力。家裡的條件也不是很好，哥哥準備自己在那邊打工，勤工儉學。我覺得哥哥真的是我的一個很好的榜樣，從小到大他都一直很努力，一直都很優秀。去了cambridge之後他也一定會更加努力，將來回來之後肯定就會變得很厲害了。我現在也要好好學習，以後就算去不了cambridge，也要好好努力，到時候也要讓哥哥對我刮目相看。

最近天氣是實在是太熱了，中午休息的時候都不想出去吃飯，感覺也沒有什麼食欲。其他的同事一般都是叫快餐，但是時間長了也吃膩了。昨天收到一個披薩外送的傳單，今天正好不知道吃什麼，我們就決定嘗試一下這一家外送的披薩。打了電話之後很快就送到了，效率還是很好的，這一點我們都很滿意，而且還送了小甜點，真是蠻貼心的，披薩的味道也是不錯的，價格也比較合理。要是做快餐的都能像這一家這麼敬業就好了，那我們就不愁每天的吃飯問題了。

每到夏天的時候，我就想盡各種減肥方法，可是效果都不怎麼明顯，今天去我一個同學家里玩，我看到我這個同學比以前瘦了，我就問同學是用什麽減肥方法，同學就告訴我說她最近一直都在用埋線減重這個減肥方法，效果還挺不錯的，聽到同學是在用埋線減重，我就讓同學把這個埋線減重的減肥方法介紹給了我，我就打算回去之后試一下，同學就告訴我說是用這個埋線減重減肥方法一定要堅持下去才會有明顯的效果，聽到同學那樣講，我也就答應了。
