不行了我要減肥，我一定要堅持減肥了，這段時間我也不知道是怎麼回事呢，怎麼就自己一下子胖了好多的，現在我周圍的人見到我的第一句話就是“你怎麼又胖了”。每次聽到有人這么說的時候我的心里都好難受的。其實我也發現我確實胖了不少了，所以我這段時間一直在堅持減肥。可是效果都不怎麼樣的。昨天我下班的路上看到一個中醫減肥的廣告，我也看了一下中醫減肥，是利用科學的中醫方法合理的減肥的，所以從昨天晚上開始我就回去還在網上查了一下這個中醫減肥，大家的評價都還是不錯的，所以我想是不是我也應該去試試這個中醫減肥呢。

這個冬蟲夏草還真是神奇了，這段時間我有時候服用了一些兒子給我買回來的冬蟲夏草，這段時間我感覺自己都精神好多了，而且我以前經常失眠的毛病都沒有了，現在是我可是每天晚上的睡眠都特別的好，白天也是特別的精神。所以我就想可能就是和這個冬蟲夏草有關係吧，因為我就想這個冬蟲夏草的效果不錯啊。看來我還是錯怪兒子了，當初兒子剛給 買回來這個冬蟲夏草的時候我還想著這個冬蟲夏草那么的貴買那些東西幹嘛啊，可是現在吃了這么久了，我覺得這個冬蟲夏草還真不錯。

這幾天公司領導決定組織我們公司全員去日本沖繩旅遊，前一段時間公司一直都比較忙，每天都會加班，這段時間到了公司的淡季，所以領導就組織了一次旅遊，讓大家好好的放鬆放鬆，其實我已經在公司工作了有好幾年了，每年到了公司運營的淡季時節公司都會組織一次旅遊，可前幾年每次旅遊的地點都會定在國外，這次我沒想到的是公司會組織全員一起去日本沖繩旅遊，畢竟地方挺遠的，而且日本沖繩我也從來沒有去過，這次旅行我非常的期待。

職場英文對於做外貿的人來說真的是很重要的，我現在才發現學好英語真的是很重要，才後悔自己當初在學校沒有刻苦學習。不過現在知道也不晚，我準備去報一個職場英文的培訓班，這樣邊上班邊學習，肯定就會有更好的效果了。職場英文的培訓班現在有很多，一定要找到一個比較好的才可以，這樣就可以幫助我很快的進步。課堂上學到的東西可以馬上運用到工作中去，這樣就可以達到事半功倍的效果了。我從現在開始一定要好好學習職場英文，一定要把錯過的好好補回來。

前段時間老公給我們家買回來了一個空氣清淨機真不錯，有了這個空氣清淨機感覺家裏的空氣就是好多了，因為現在環境汙染真的太嚴重了，每到冬天的時候，我們這一塊真的城市的空間就特別的不好，霧霾特別的嚴重特別是家裏有老人的平時都不敢出門的，其實我去年的時候就聽同事們說過空氣清淨機，說是用著非常的不錯的，所以我就想給我們家也買一個所，可是一直都沒有找到合適的，剛好前兩天和朋友們一起出去逛，朋友就帶我去看了一下空氣清淨機，然後我就給家裏也買了一個空氣清淨機，現在好了。家裏的空氣好多了。
